Today I am making Chicken and Dumplings. I found some Fat free frozen dumplings at Harris Teeter on Sunday so I am going to try cooking them today with some chicken. I also made a very healthy peanut butter pie with rigatta cheese, cool whip, sugar free/fat free pudding and PB2. I tasted the filling and it was really good. I made 2 banana cream pies the same way on Sunday but didn't get one bite. I made one for Debbie to take to church for a friend. Her son is very tiny and picky with what he eats but he loves my pie. It is full of protein so a good thing for him to eat. My son came by and wanted to take the other pie with him to my nephews house. My nephew was going to do some work on Bob's truck so I let him take it. Everyone called to say how good it was. I'm glad all enjoyed it. They don't even know it is healthy eating until I told them. They couldn't beleave it. With all the sugar free/ fat free puddings available today we can have a variety of healthy pies. Good Thanksgiving treat too. Well Whats for Dinner at your house ? See you lighter. Joanne
