Cold start this morning with frost... love the fall/winter season.. praying for snow this year!
Anywho 4 days togo.... I started the Optima Diet on Thursday..OMG Chunky dunk is STARVING. And i keep getting really bad headaches from not eating! This is tough.... I start clear unsweet liquids on Monday!!
Is everyone ready for the weekend?? Im so glad its friday! sleepy today for some reason!
Im doing all of my shopping this weekend to get me prepared!
Ill try to post before i go for surgery...
I would like to ask you all to keep me in your prayers that everything goes well and a speedy recovery!

Hi Mandy, best wishes for a non-eventful surgery and a swift recovery! If you are getting RNY, here is a website that will help track your weightloss, "predict" how much you should lose each week based on your starting weight, activity levels, caloric intake, etc:

There is a charting section where you can measure different points on your body -- this is something I didn't do at the beginning of my journey but now wish I had -- because there are stalls sometimes where you don't lose weight from week to week but you CAN tell you are losing inches sometimes.
