  As you know my surgery date is only 7 days away... my question is...
can we purchase protient shake powderes at like Walmart.. does anyone have any specfic kind that they have tried and is really good? i love choc. so im more then likely game for that..

Hello, 1st of all try to remain positive & focused. I have used Red grapefruit Crystal light with a scoop of unflavored Ubjury in it for 5 yrs. Has little or bo graininess to it. Smooth. The 1st month I used the dry powered strawberry Isopurse mixed with Soy milk. Don't go crazy, your taste buds sometimes change and what you liked yesterday you may not like tomorrow.
Good and remembber to sip walk and breathe after the surgery. ((HUGS)) Elissa

 Im just trying to find things that are a lil cheaper then the unjury.. they wanted me to be put on a 10 day optima diet.. but i just couldnt afford it!!!

You can buy the cheaper protein. Just read labels. Some are higher in calories, sugar and also remember your body only obsorbs about 20 g of protein at a time so you want to stick with that kind unless your doctor advises you other wise. I personally love the health wise hot chocolate. Don't buy alot now for your taste will change after surgery. Who knows what you will like then. See you lighter. Joanne
