5 years today!

Sorry I haven't been posting lately.  Today I celebrated 5 years since my surgery.  It's been a great ride.  Hope to see everyone at Victory!  Life has been pretty busy with Virginia Beach, the MS 150 Bike to the Bay, talks at CHRIAS, an starting my training for the Walt Disney marathon in January.

Congratulations, Rob! What an accomplishment! I can't wait until I hit one year, let alone 5! You are truly an inspiration, and I have learned a lot from you at support groups, etc. Thanks!

Happy 5 years of healthy living to you my friend.  We each have chosen a journey to a better life and have learned the tools we need to be a success.  That's the best thing about this surgery....it gave us choices - some more than others. I love hearing about the races....you have made very good choices for yourself.  Wishing you another healthy year!

Rob, Congradulations on your 5 years ! We miss your post but understand. I just asked about you Saturday. Was wondering where you been. Please let everyone at Victory know that Debbie and I think about and miss you guys dearly. We appreciate the card and prayers. We are looking forward to coming back . Debbie is down 160 lbs now. Looking good. Her Dad's illness has been very hard on her. One good thing is it got her going to church with us. Now that Bob and I can't go, she goes evert Sunday  to represent our family.
