Monday Roll Call
Its been a good thing this week I finally got down to 200 lbs. I am almost at 199.....thought about leaving food alone today to see if I could drop a pound in one day! LOL. I have been very good with my diet. Still only walking for exercise but I hope to get back to the gym this winter. I really don't like to sweat with the pain. It makes it worse for me to deal with it.

What time were you looking to go up there? I wasn't sure what time we were leaving...I will give you cell number - look for email.
Not doing anything special diet wise....cut back on a lot of stuff that I found I couldn't eat and shouldn't eat which is a good thing I guess. Went back to all the old foods I ate when I first got the surgery done...Yogurts, cottage cheese, cheese sticks - trying to keep the carbs at bay...need some but I think I was doing too much. Still eating chocolate but in very small doses - I don't need a lot to take care of that craving and keeps me under my 10 gram limit my body has set for me.
