Phila Event Roll Call

Well guys the OH Phila Event is  6 days away. Who is going ? Hope all have registered. If not it is not to late. If you still need to register you can use my  group code : Hammond08 for a $20 discount This is only for preregistration. It will cost $40 at the door  instead of $20 and you may not get in.  I think this will be an event to remember. You will come back rejuvenated for sure. Ok lets do a roll call . Who is going? Im registered to go.  Anyone who wants to car pool let me know.  I live near christiana mall and there is a park n ride at rt1 and 273 as well.  I would be willing to meet first  so you know im not a crazy person.  If not maybe i will get to meet some of you up at the event.

Amy, I think it is a good ideal for us to car pool. As for meeting before ? Let me tell you one of my best friends I met going to an OH event in Pittsburg 3 years ago. Four of us shared a room for 3 days/ complete strangers. We had the best time of our lives. We really got to know each other on the 9 hour ride.  We cried, laughted and really just had a good time. We have stayed in touch since and  the crazy one is now one of my best friends for we have alot in command. Debbie R. and I  talk all the time on the phone. She seems to know when I need her call. If things work out she will be going with us on Saturday. You will love her  I think there is a few others going so maybe we can take a couple of cars and all pitch in for gas.We will work it out by the end of the week. I think Debbie D. is going too. We need to go early unless someone knows the Phila Area and right where it is. Debbie and Tim can probly help with that and if they are going which I think they are , maybe we can follow them.  Just be ready for a good time. I am excited about going myself. See you lighter. I had registered to go but don't think I will be able to now.  I have hurt my shoulder and arm and have been in alot of pain.  I keep icy hot patches on it but if it doesn't get any better I guess I will go to the doctor.  I know I would not be able to drive for several hours.

I will wait to see how I feel as the week goes.

Debbie, Hopefully you will go to the Dr's and be better by then. I am using a friends van so I can drive if you really want to go. It holds about 7 people. As you said see how you feel later in the week. I guess the gym is out for you this week. Sorry to hear and hope you feel better soon. See you lighter. Joanne

Yeah I have not been to the gym since last week-thought I would give my arm a rest and see what happens. I couldn't go tonight and tomorrow night anyhow. I hate to start going to the doctors because I don't have the extra time to be going back and forth for appts.  I will let you know later in the week about going.  How many people do you have riding with you so far??

Just me unless Debbie R. goes.  I will pick her up in Bear. I have alot of maybe's. I will make phone calls on Thursday to see who is committed to going. I have no problem going by myself. I am open for rides until the van is full. See you lighter. Joanne

Ok.  I would really like to go but I know my arm hurts too much for me to drive myself that long a distance. I have a hard time to drive back and forth to work.  I will let you know for sure-I will be more than willing to chip in on gas.

Hey that sounds good.  I just thought most of you knew each other and wasnt sure how you would feel about having a stranger in the car or riding in a strangers car dpending on the situation. I have a gps unit and i posted on the pa board to see the best way to go and have been given some advice that seems reliable.  Hey if you havent open seats im up for pitching in for gas and riding together and i can bring my gps.

Amy, Sounds good to me. What time can you be at the park and ride ? Is it possible to meet around 7:30 a.m. ? I'm not sure how long it takes to get there or what traffic will be like so I would like to go a little early. I look forward to meeting all in person crazy or not . LOL ! See you lighter. Joanne
