Hey Lucy,
This is Pat ,  I just talked to Misty today and she has definitely scheduled my pre-opt with Dr. Wynn on Friday, Oct. 17.  And I am going in to the store tomorrow and get my vitamins and protein and hot chocolate and anything else that I have learned from you and the group.  I go see Sam and MaryEllen on Wed. Oct 1st and get the last of the paperwork done.  Finally, all my clearances are in.  Then on Oct. 28, Tuesday  at 6 a.m. I will enter St. Francis and begin a new journey to better health and a more active and happy  ME  :)  
 
I just wanted to let you know that the last meeting with you and the group has helped to put me at a point where I feel less anxious and more excited.  I will not be the only pre-opt at the next meeting --- I WILL BE A POST OPT !!  Please keep me in your thoughts and wish me luck!
