Friday Roll Call

Debbie, Register for which ever one you want. I will be going to both events .  There is only a code for the phily event.  I have been to the Va Event . They had good speakers too . I really want to see eggface so I will go to both events. Bo Mc Coy is a great speaker. You guys will love him too. We will discuss this at the support group next week.  Sorry for the confusion.   It was soo good to hear from you! I have been thinking about you and your family alot! I got my surgery date.. im not sure if you saw the post.. its Oct 29th Whoo hoo .. So SYKED!  

    I have a busy weekend planed for myself as well....  Heading to the beach tomorrow! Gonna try to get my a nice pair of comfy walking shoes. Ima start walking Tuesday.. I just became a

Mandy, I am so glad you got a date. How well I know the excitement. Give me a call sometime while you are at the beach. My # is (302)947-0417.  Can Pampered Chef do a WLS friendly verson ? Glad  to hear people appreciate their employees. I work for the State of Delaware. Our department has an employee picnic every year but few of the people I work with get to attend due to us being a 24/7 work place and they always hold it about noon. Kind of sad for we all work very hard to care for Delaware's kids in care.  I did drink a strawberry daguari last weekend. It truely was like drinking 8 and I sipped on it. I don't recommend this to anyone but have to confess. That is only the 2nd time I had alcohol since surgery and I am 3 1/2 years out. I am really not a drinker. Never was but it was good.
