Saturday Roll Call

Good Evening Delaware, It has been a nice day.  No one showed up for outlet shopping which was ok  for I had to get my son's car towed and had to meet the guy while my son worked. BJ and I meet for Lunch. It was nice.  Thanks BJ !!!Sorry you guys missed it. I had a house full of kids all day. Hubby slept until 5 p.m. I gave my dog a flea bath and my neighbors came over. We sat on the deck, drank coffee and ate crab soup.  A very relaxing evening with good friends and neighbors. Hope all had a nice day. See all lighter. Joanne

If I lived closer, I so would have been there for shopping!  I love to shop!!!
We didn't do too much yesterday, my daughter had her friend over.  Unblievable how much
mess they can make!  We had seafood last night too!  YUM, my pouch loves it thank goodness.
Did you make your crab soup?  If you did, would you mind sharing your recipe?

Judy, Yes I made my crab soup. I made a big pot  and sent it to 2 other houses.  You make it just like homemade vegetable soup except instead of beef you use crab meat. Sorry I didn't measure anything but this is what I put in : celery, onion, bag of mixed vegetables, crab meat, potatoes, left over cabbage, I used salsa instead of tomatoes to make it spicy, salt , pepper  , italian seasoning and ole bay. You can also put in noodles or macarooni but I didn;t.  It really turned out good but it was spicy due to the salsa. I had 4 kids yesterday. My house looked like a storm went thru. Two kids went home about 9pm and we all worked together and got it back in shape.I tell everyone my kitchen closes at 9 pm. Then I load and run the dish washer. It works for me. See you lighter.
