My quote is a bit weird.....Do it yourself, for yourself, because Pete says So....

Its a person that cares about my well being reminding me to tell others than can do for themselves, I don't always need to do for them, because I am just as important as they are! 

Its nice that others notice that you can find your visibility in helping others and reminding you that you don't have to be invisible because you are worth being visible.

Funny thing is I forget sometimes that I am worth it.  Its been over four year since the surgery and its still very hard to shake off those old habits.  But I will tell you with the support system I have in place, they always remind me I am worth it!  I wouldn't be here today without it!

Debbie, I am right there with you on this one. By know means  is it weird. It has real meaning. We all need a Pete in our lives. I'm sure most of us have one they are called by another name. Mine is Kenny. Boy I wish I had listened to that quote . I truely understand where you are coming from. I forget sometimes I am worth it too. Sometimes I personally need a kick in the butt. You are diffently worth it and like me have gotten over alot of potholes along this journey. You are always so inspirational to all of us. Kenny send me this the other day . " Another word  for you. HERO ! Be Yours " .  That is his way of telling me to take care of myself too. I am by no means a Hero but we sometimes try to save the world and forget to save ourselves first. It is kind of like jumping in the water to save someone drowning and you can't swim. If you are still using them fleece blankets tell Tim to turn down the air. LOL! See you lighter. Joanne
