Friday Roll Call

Good Morning Delaware ! TGIF !  Another Hot day down in Lower Slower Delaware ! I would like to Welcome Kristi to the board and ask all to keep her in prayer. Most of us know how frustrating it can be before surgery . You feel like you are so close but so far. Not to much happening here. A couple of friends I worked with up North are coming down to see Bob today. I am going to go get my hair cut this morning before traffic gets bad on Rt 1. Alexus called last night and they left for Kentucky at 3 a.m. She had to talk to Poppi before she left to make sure he is alright. She said she would call as soon as they get settled in . I don't think she understands how long a 10 hr. ride is. I would love to be a fly in the car with them and have a dollar for each time her or Robert say are we there yet. They will be back late Wednesday night. I miss them but I am enjoying the peace and quite.  Hope all has a blessed day ! See all lighter. Joanne

today should be a good one. im optimistic!! i plan on cleaning and excersizing and getting together hopefully with joanne and getting this healthwise order together. uggh its a big one! we'l see what happens. im gonna post a few today, i woke up extremely motivated so lets see where it gets me. (i wouldnt be surprised if it gets me back in bed, lmao!!)  well have a great day delaware and remember ITS FRIDAY!!

It is beautiful out...just got back from a 4 mile walk listening to some upbeat music and a nice breeze got me really moving today.  GET OUT THERE and take advantage of the low humidity.  Have a great day.
