Date for Rehobeth Outlets

We will do the Rehobeth Outlet Event on Saturday , August 9th. My ideal is to meet at the office, go shopping and then meet at Ruby Tuesday's afterwards for a meet and greet, get a bite to eat and share our bargain deals. Any sujections of time and place to eat are still open.  I chose there because their salad bar is great. If you have a recommendation please let me know. If we could get a tally by Monday I will look for other bargains too. I do have a few t-shirts from the D.C. Walk from Obesity available and another surprize item to be given out free that day so put on your sneakers and come on down for some fun and exercise. See you lighter. Joanne

I will see what I can do....it all depends on how I feel that day.  If its a good AM then getting in the car and going for a ride is not too bad...Tim wll have to drive because of my meds I don't do that any more....Ruby's sounds good.

Debbie,  I hope you are doing better.  What is going on with you?  Are you still going through all this from the shingles or is there something new that is causing you so much pain?

We are going to the Eastern Caribbean.  We stop in Puerto Rico, St. Thomas and the Grand Turk Islands.  We will be gone for 8 days.  I love to cruise.  Have you ever been on one yet?  This will be my 7th.  Where are you going?

Ellen, Not only is this my first cruise, it is my first vacation without kids. We are going for 8 days too. We are leaving from Port Canaveral and going to: Labadi/Labadee, Ocho Rios, Grand Caymon and Cozumel. Ok what is your advise since you are a pro.  What ship you going on. We are going on Ship; Mariner of the Seas. Cruise Line : Royal Caribbean. It is a cruise to lose event. I really don't know what to exspect. Please advise. See you lighter. Joanne

You will love it.  I have been on three since my surgery and did not gain any weight and I ate lots and lots.  I walk the steps and use the walking track everyday and I taste everything I want but stop before I get uncomfortable.  There is lots of seafood, fruits and veggies available so it is easy.  I pass on the wonder bread (most of the time) because it is my weakness and I don't want to fill my pouch with that.  There is so much to do and you can do it all (which I think is your personality) or do nothing and just relax.  Try to do some of both.  I have been on one RCC cruise and the rest have been on Carnival.  They are both about the same as far as food and fun.  I hope you enjoy every minute of it and get hooked liked we did.  It is the best value for vacations as far as my husband are concerned.  Is your husband going with you?

Ellen, My husband and our neighbors ( Bob and Ruth ) are going with us. We are taking Bob's wheelchair and neighbor Bob really  helps with him. We planned this a year ago and wasn't really sure if Bob was going to be able to go a few months ago when he got so sick. His Hospice nurse says for him to go and they will make sure he has everything he needs. I did tell Bob and Ruth not to let us hold them back because Bob will not be able to get off the ship alot due to heat. I would love to see all I can but I know I will go again and can see it all. This one is for Bob. to get away and just relax. He really needs that.  I am very excited about going. I will do the activities of the cruise to lose too. There are about 200 people with WLS in the group. Can't wait. I am nervious too. You Know ! Will I take the right clothing and stuff like that.
