Glad to read everyone is having a good day!!
Had to put out a lot of "fires" today at work, people and gossip and hurt feelings.
On a positive note, found a really nice lady for daycare for my son,  He really liked her and
the kids she watches so i'm hopeful there.

Any body have any good recipes for pumpkin, don't know why, but i've had my taste buds wired for it lately.

Enjoy your day!

It was hot up here today!  I cleaned my house, had a friend over, and then cooked a big dinner: chili, corn muffins, and the zucchini brownies.  I'm sitting on the bed with my laptop and my daughter, watching Harry Potter right now.

Let me tell you - those zucchini brownies are AMAZING!  They mix up kind of weird, but I went with it. I fully expected to be grossed out, since the idea of veggies in my brownies was just strange.  But get this:  the zucchini completely disappears!  It's like it was never there - it's in disguise!  This is a very low-fat recipe, and I'll bet you could use Splenda to good effect.I followed the recipe and used sugar, though. The only thing I did differently was that I sprinkled chocolate chips on top of it and threw in some extra walnuts.  I didn't add the icing, either.

Hope everyone had a great day!
