Sunday Roll Call

Good Morning Delaware ! It's looking like a good day in Lower Slower Delaware. Yesterday was a bad day for me. It was a pity me day . I got so involved in emotional eating. I grazed all day and am ashamed today. The kids Mom called with an excuse and is picking the kids up after Church today. I think she puts them second in her life and I have problems understanding that. My kids were always first.  Of course they were disappointed and took it out on each other all day.They were mad with their Dad too. Bob had a bad day. His face was very swallen. His pain meds disappeared out of his cup.  Debbie was working so I had no one to vent to.  It was one of them days when I feel so trapped.  Hopefully today will be a better day. Everyone is sleeping in so that is a good start. Well I have to awaken all for church so Have A blessed Day. See all lighter. Joanne

Sorry to hear you were having a bad day Joanne.  It is amazing how parents could let down their kids and think nothing of it.
We are currently having thunder and lightening with lots of rain!
We were at the Y swimming when it blew in.  Wtih all this rain we've been having the grass
has started to turn green again.
I hear ya about the grazing, all of a sudden I feel the urge to graze all day.  Don't know whats going on but not appreciating one second of it!

 Im sorry the day seems to be kinda of a downer for most.  I am happy to say my day is going well i just wish i had more motivation.   I went to a pig roast at  friends and i also did grazing at the party. Tomorrow is my first day back to work since surgery so i hope things go well.  I dont go in until 7pm and then I work 12 hrs.......I really hope thigns go well.

I hope with the clouds moving out every ones week get s a little brighter......
