Sunday Roll Call

Good Morning Delaware ! It is very Hot and Muggy in Lower Slower Delaware. We need rain bad !!! Have you ever noticed we always get rain when the State Fair is here ? Yesterday I went to a semenar with Debbie D. at Delmarva Bariatrics. I have to say I was very impressed by what they offer. The Dr knew his stuff and was very people friendly. They have a wonderful gym and it is for WLS people only, so the only muscle man you will ever see there is the Dr. Yes he uses the gym himself. I had a very good visit with my sister and then Bob and I went to Ledo's for pizza. You have got to try their pizza. It is square. Very thin crust and lots of cheese with thick pepperoni. They cut it in small squares with one piece of pepperoni on each square. I ate one small piece and Bob ate 11. Did he like it or what ? We brought home some for Debbie and dropped some off to Miss Helen ( 83 and still works at Uncle Willies full time ). She is like Bob's mom. Debbie will say her Dad's elderly girlfriend. Beleive it or not I really enjoyed watching him eat. You could tell he really was enjoying it.  Well it is off to church this morning. Then Royal Farms for lunch ( I hate it there). Bob likes the same sandwich every Sunday. I am going to have Debbie and Kent down for dinner. Dinner will be Ham, fresh green beans and potatoes. I will eat more green beans than anything since I am trying to keep on track. Hope all has a blessed day . What are your plans? Been to the fair yet? See you lighter. Joanne

Good morning!!

We had a great night last night at the Delaware City Day.  We went to see the fire works and they were the best ones I have ever watched.  They were spectacular!  And very loud!
My husband and I went to breakfast early this morning the waitress said to me, you never eat a whole lot do you.  Before I could even answer my husband said no she just likes to pick at her food.  He knows how many times a waitress will look at my plate and say, aww you didn't like your meal would you like something else.
Indeed it is hot and muggy.  My sinuses are going crazy!
We have 1 neighbor in our development that has green grass. He has a sprinkler system.  I wouldn't want to have to pay his water bill!
