Saturday Roll Call

Good Morning Delaware ! It is HOT AND SUNNY in Lower Slower Delaware. I have a busy day planned. I have already got all my chores done, showered and dressed. Ready to go ! I'm going to a seminar at Delmarva Bariatrics with Debbie D. and then my sister ( The Demo Queen ) is coming to visit for the day. I already have my Zucchini Lasagna done from the other day so Dinner is done. Salad is made and fruit cup done. I am going to enjoy the day just relaxing with her visiting. Its hot and sunny in northern DE also.
Cleaned the downstairs before the kids got up.  Just got back from grocery shopping, now I think
its time for an afternoon nap!  Then off to the Y for a swim.
