What are you eating today ?
I though we could start this post so we could share ideals with each other. I know it always works out better for me if I plan what I am going to eat each day. If I leave it to chance I make some bad choices. I am not a good example this morning for I haven't even thought past breakfast. Hubby doesn't want to eat this morning so the struggle begins for me. I will post later on what I eat. I just wanted to get this started for the rest of you guys. I have started my day with protein hot chocolate/coffee. Here's to healthy eating today and getting in exercise. See you lighter. Joanne

First, it was so nice to meet you the other night. Wished I lived closer. To your question....I had a Whey Protein shake with a lil SF strawberry yogurt and half a small banana. Then for lunch a Southbeach protein bar and a later another protein shake. Dinner will probably be a smart ones meal or fish and a veggie. And always do my water all day.

Lets see, I've been trying to track what I eat to count proteins so here it is:
Breakfast: Coffee with 1 scoop protein powder- 23gr.
Lunch: 2 1/2 oz. Hamburger-17gr.
Snack: 2T Peanut butter w/ 4 saltines-8gr.
Dinner: 2 oz. ham, 1 oz watermelon-14gr.
snack: 1oz. soy chips-7gr.
Total: 69gr. of protein
I know, I know, wheres the vegetable, today, just not in a vege mood. Maybe better tomorrow!!
