Monday Roll Call

Good morning Delaware ! It is raining off and on here in lower slower Delaware. Tourist have mostly went home so we can move around a little better. Today I was suppose to star****er arobics with Mary.  I hope the rain clears up so I can start. I am excited to do this . It will give me some much needed me time and exercise too. Can't get much better then that. Bob's nurse comes today. He is doing much better on his meds now. Not sleeping so much.His appitite is down and that is always a struggle for me. I have to call around about getting my car fixed and diffenitly get to Super Fresh today. Last day of their 4 day sale. Hope all has a good day after your long weekend. See you lighter. Joanne

We have grey clouds up here in NCC but just small spits of rain  as of now.   I had a  bit of excite,ent yesterday.   I was getting ready to go out  and jumped on the scale because i was so close to a mini goal i had set for myself i wantd to see how far away i was. WELL......I had made my goal. I wanted to be under 200 lbs and I was 194 YEAHHHHHHH!!!!!!    I haven't been that low in over 3-4 years at least.  I was so excited i jumped off the scale and ran to get the phone.  I couldnt get onthe computer to post then so i had to now.  I hope everyone has  good day. amy

Yeah!!!  Amy!!! Welcome to Onderland!!!  Great job on the weight loss!! I don't think it rained up here, it did get overcast but now its hot and humid, yuck! Nothing much going on today, other than WORK, yunk again! Have a good one! Judy
