PMRI: 7/7 at 7pm Do you need to exercise after GBS?

Tomorrow nights meeting is Exercise!  Do you need it after GBS?   I can't wait to hear the answer.  I'm even giving up my Monday night spinning class to attend the meeting.  Hope that you all can make it. Rob

Rob, You know I can't make it but I just wanted to say thanks for posting the classes and topic. Many on here don't get that information. I have been to a couple of PMRI's classes and they are great. I would surely recommend all go. Please let us know if you find out anything different. How was your weekend trip? See you lighter. Joanne
