It's early Saturday morning now.  I worked yesterday.  We were pretty busy all day and the storms didn't come until late last night.  I wish Longneck had fireworks for the 4th, but they save it until Labor Day.  After work, I went home and washed all my work aprons and pretty much vegged out the rest of the evening.  I -did- hear from Ed and Alex, who've been at Henson Scout Camp all week.  Alex earned all 4 of the Eagle required merit badges he signed up for, plus a couple of others.  I'm pretty proud and impressed.  I work again today and tomorrow and plan on being busy.  Food wise, I had a sausage pattie and an egg that I overcooked at work, then had some pouch safe BBQ beef  at home that I made earlier in the week.  Later on I had a small bowl of corn flakes and a snack bar before going to sleep.  Gotta get the aprons out of the dryer and get the laundry area ready for all the camp stuff the guys will bring home today.  My new chairs sit in their boxes in my living room, awaiting Ed to get home and put them together for me.  They came on Thursday.  Can't wait to see them all around the table.
