Ellen. Thanks for being the 1st one to post this fine July 4th. Hope your walk went well. We really have no big plans. We will BBQ healthy at home. Traffic is so heavy this weekend in the Longneck Area. I did everything yesterday and plan to stay put. See you lighter. Joanne

Hey Chickie...the magic phrase used on a holiday...go for a walk!!!! Good for you!!! I don't mind doing the walk when there is a breeze - but when its hot and sticky....its really hard to do! Hope you had a good holiday! Debbie
