LAST MINUTE REMINDER!!!!

ok ladies and gents, last minute reminder!!! we are having a clothing exchange at the long neck support group meeting on wednesday!!! i know that i personally have 3 black trash bags full of clothes sizes 28 to 22 for the taking!! again... please dont feel that you have to bring something to attend or even to recieve. you dont! it will be awesome if we can all bring stuff, however we all know thats not possible for everyone. we will also be having a mini protien taste test and discuss ordering for the various healthwise products their are as a small add on to the normal group.  i really hope everyone can come and have some fun and get some new clothes while were at it!!! hope to see you all there!!!  (if you have any questions please contact Joanne Hammond aka hambear)

Heather, Thanks for doing this post. Today has been crazy. I will go to the church tomorrow about noon and set up tables and a clothing rack. All areas will be marked by sizes. The church has even given us some clothing. In September we will advertise for clothing too. Anything that is not taken by someone or taken back will be donated to the Christian Storehouse  in Millsboro at the end of the meeting. I will bring magic bullets to try protein shakes. We will also try hot chocolate with and without decafe coffee. Next month we are going to try protein ice cream.  If anyone knows you are coming , Don't eat before so you have room. You will have plenty to try. and get in some of your protein. I am bringing another protein product but I am keeping that a surprise until tomorrow night. I think all will have a good time. Heather has the greatest deal on health wise products. Like half price what I pay for hot chocolate elsewhere. I hope no one misses out on getting in on this deal. We have to order by the case but heather is putting orders togetter to order cases. I don't know about the rest of you guys but I Love Bargains and I am getting in on this deal for sure .
