My day of sitting @ my desk @ wrk I usually eat: Activa light w 12-16 oz coffee for breakfast (about 7.30-8.00). About a half hour later (about 8.30), I start to drink for the day – water for propel.

About 9.30, I eat my pb, pro powder & I add choc chips for a choc treat.

About 10-10.15, I get the munchies; I drink v-8 fusion – about 16oz.

by 11.30 starving.  Drink more till lunch @ 12 noon.

Have my lean cuisine lunch (take about 5 minutes to eat) & something else – I try to eat fruit or more v-8 fusion.

Near 1-.15-1.30 I raid the snack machine for pop-tarts.  Envelope of 2. gone.  Wait about 10-20 minutes & continue to drink.

Bout 2.15-2.30, I will have another pb, pro powder & I add choc chips (size is all of 4oz, takes about 10 mins to eat).

Bout 3.30 will have oatmeal to hold me over till I can have a “dinner”.

My wrking hours are 7.30 to 4.0, M-F.  I have not been back to see Dr Peters in months.  The last visit was for a fill.  (I currently have no medical insurance)  I wish I could "start over".

I am taking a vitamin, B complex, C & E.

Hi Cecilia, Your last two posts give me the impression that you are very frustrated, bored, and possibly on the verge of giving up.   You seem to be eating *mostly* band friendly stuff, but the carbs are controlling you.  Drop the pop tarts, and the chocolate chips.  Even the fruit should be limited.  This the major reason I chose RNY over the LapBand.  Lap Band doesn't give you the benefit of getting sick from too much sugar and carbs  LapBanders can eat pretty much whatever they want albiet in smaller amounts.  I can't afford to do that.   I have found with RNY that all the bad foods that caused my obesity make me sick, or at least feel like crap for a long time after eating them...a great incentive to NOT do it.   You *can* start over...go back to when you first had your procedure.  Remember how careful you were in your food choices and portion sizes.  If you feel inclined to eat more, drink water instead. Take an extra yogurt to work and eat that instead of the pop tarts.  Put granola in it instead of the chocolate chips.  From what you report, you are eating plenty to keep your tummy busy.  If you can get a grip on the head hunger and re-commit to the program, you will pull up out of this rut you're in.  Hope this helps.  Good luck and be strong.
