Got word from the hospital.  They want me there by 5 a.m.!!  Originally I was told to be there by 7 a.m., but I guess they need time to prep me.  This weekend, it's all drinks!!  I've got s/f jello, Crystal Light, s/f popsicles...all ready for this last piece of pre-prep work on my part.  So, this Monday, April 7th will mark the day that changed my life.  Wish me well!

Dear Deb, I'm home already!  I'm quite sore, but am trying to send quick e-mails to my friends.  I will be updating everyone when I feel a little better.

This site is one of your best resources - so be sure to ask your fellow losers if you have any questions.  They have all been a tremendous help to me throughout this journey - which is now going on 3 years. Thank you, Cathy!  I am home already!  I am sore, but you're right!  I don't regret the surgery at all!  I have several Rx for my husband to pick up for me at Acme in Smyrna this evening.  One in particular will be quite helpful to me.  S/F Jello & Propel for me for the rest of the day & then for tomorrow too.  Then, on to full liquids for 30 days.  I can't wait to dive into my protein shakes!
