wow, it's been a long time since i have been here. i'm go glad others are getting the help that i needed. i don't think i could have done so well if i didn't have people *****ALLY understand helping me. i hope things so smoothly for all of you, but if they don't know always know where you can come and get help or atleast thousands of caring ears to listen.  my best advice i can give: if you haven't had surgery yet or you have recently had surgery.........remember what you are doing. alot of people write in their profiles how they wish they could ride roller coasters, play with their kids/grandkids, ride a bike ect........... MAKE SURE YOU DO THOSE THINGS. the weight will come off quickly , but your body will adjust and get used to the small amounts you take in. so it will be up to you and not your wls to maintain your weight . be active and be part of your own life. you CAN get back all those "i wish i could" moments.
