Support Group, Harrington, DE

Went to the  New Life WLS, support group meeting in Harrington De, The only thing was their was no meeting, I was told by the Fire company members that the group hasen't meet their in awhile, I had got the info from CHRIAS during a meeting on a meeting list sheet????  IDK, Not sure if I missed some info, that that group don't meet anymore? JUST SOME INFO

I have been trying to get information about this support group too.  I sent an email to the gal who is the coordinator but haven't heard from her (it's been about three weeks or so). Anyone have any information that you can share with us?   Are there any support groups in lower DE like in Seaford? Thanks. Deb

Deb, I have answered your email now. I was without email for about 3 weeks. Sorry for the incovenience. I closed down this meeting about 3 months ago due to low attendance. I am doing a meeting at Oak Orchard community Church in Millsboro which is closer to my home. Please help pass on that the Harrington Meeting is closed down. The Millsboro meeting is the only one in Sussex County that I know about. All are welcome. The meeting is the 1st Wednesday of each month at 7p.m.. See you there. Debbie, Elissa already knows. She has fixed it but  Dr. Wynn's office is still passing out an old support group list. The best thing that can be done is for everyone to check this board each month. Cool Beans!  How are the groups down state going?  I see lots of new faces so you must be having a lot of fun with education and such for them.  I hope all is well. Debbie

Debbie, The group is going well down here. I would love to see more in the area. It would be so nice for people to have somewhere for support every week like New Castle County has.
