I have my overnight sleep study on Thursday and if it's bad I have to do it again the following Weds night... Dr. Guy is my pulmonologist.... Here is my question... IF I have sleep apnea, will I have to wait even longer to get a surgery or will it prolong the process at all??? OR will it only confirm that I need surgery??? I just figured I'd ask you guys here in Delaware that have been through this stuff... I don't know if I have it or not but while reading all of the symptoms I realized I have quite a few of them... Thanks for the responses..

Then only restriction that Irgau put on me was that I had to be on my CPAP for at least 2 weeks prior to surgery.  That way he knew that I'd gotten some good rest in and was used to my machine.  You will need to bring your machine with you to the hospital.
