Healthy Beginnings Support Group

Hello All My Fellow Weight Loss Buddies--- I wanted to remind you that Healthy Beginnings Support Group is this Thursday Evening  (March 13) at 7pm.  We meet at Concordia Lutheran Church at 3003 Silverside Road, Wilmington DE.  Please pull into parking lot and drive all the way to the back of the building and enter through the glass doors.  Please feel free to bring something to drink/eat to fit whatever your needs are.  Support people are more than welcome.  Our meeting is open to Lap Band, Gastric Bypass-all forms and anyone who would like to spend an hour or so with a great bunch of people.   Also, please mark your calendars for April's Meeting on April 10th.  We are having a special guest speaker, Mrs. Vernette Smith.  Some of you know her from CHRIAS.  She was my partner in crime when I worked at the doctors (CHRIAS) office.  She is going to educate us on protien, the different kinds of protien products and supply tricks of the trade on how to get it to taste good.  We are going to have a door prize drawings, samples of products and Mrs. Smith is going to offer us a chance to taste different products.  This is a great way to taste different protien products, without having to purchase them on your own and take the risk of not liking it; and if you did not like it would have also waisted product, time and money. I haven't yet had my surgery but I would like to come to group on April 10th. I should be getting my lap band... I am almost done the clearances but I would like to start getting more knowledge!
