It’s a new year and a new you is in the making!  Come to an interactive evening of education and entertainment.  We’re going to learn some quick and easy ways to eat healthy and keep building on the success we’ve enjoyed since surgery.  Some of our most successful friends are going to be sharing their favorite recipes and tips for eating healthy and staying fit.  Be sure to bring your favorite recipe or tip for healthy eating too!
