On June 17,2008 Walk from Obesity is having an event. WALK THE CAPITAL in D.C. I would like to organize a team to do this event. If anyone is interested please let me know. Come on Delaware lets show our support and faces in D.C. If you can't go maybe you would like to donate. I will be there as a team of 1 or a team of 100 !!! How about you ???? See all lighter. All I know is : It is June 17,2008 at 6:30 p.m. This is a Tuesday night. It is @ the National Mall Downtown, Washington D.C. I am taking vacation time to do the event. All of their walks cost $25 a person to register. I want to get a team together. Everyone registered gets a free t- shirt and a years membership . I have only attended an event last year and had a ball. They had vendors with all kinds of information and free products. Check out Walk From Obesity Site for pictures and information from last years event. I will get back with all as soon as I get more information. In the mean time start thinking of a good name for a team to reprosent little old Delaware. Your name is on my list. See you lighter. Joanne

Ok Guys !!! GiGee is in !!!! I am so glad ! How about the rest on you ????? It will be warm or hot by June. I know it is hard to think about walking with the weather outside today. This should be a nice evening walk around the Capital. Can't wait myself. See you lighter. Joanne
