Popping In...

Hello Delaware, I just wanted to pop in and say HELLO.  I haven't been around lately I know, I was in a car accident on 1/7/08 on my way back from seeing Doug for the weekend.  I stopped at a red light and the the guy 2 cars back didn't.  I was out of work for a week because of the pain that I am having in my back and neck.  I am now in PT 3 times a week and I am back to work.  It is our busy season at work, so it is crazy in here. Hope everyone is doing well and I hope to see everyone at a support group meeting in the near future.

I am so sorry to hear about your accident.  I hope you are feeling better each day.  Back and neck pain are the worst.  I will think good thought for you. Ellen
