How To Look Good Naked - The TV Show

Gigee, Didn't see the show but I can just imagine how it was. I think it is a woman's nature to see ourselves larger even if we are a size 3. If men were on the show it would probly be the oppisite. We were told since we were kids that small woman are pretty when actually the average size of a woman is a size 14. I would love to be a 14 !!! I.m just glad to see you back !!! Gigee, I have been fine. Gained some weight back and am discusted with myself about that.  Life has been real stressful and I am an emotional eater. I have made some wrong choices but 2008 is  going to be the year  for changes for me. This year I am letting go of alot and concentrating on my life. Good news is my daughter ( Debbie) had surgery since I talked with you last and is doing well on the most part. Debbie and I come up once a month to the meeting at Victory. Would love to see you there. What have you been doing in your absence ??? You were really missed !!!! Ok ! About the group. It is online and by invite only. Kind of like a private message board.
