revision surgery

Just had a visit with plastic surgeon. Was wondering if anyone has had, or knows someone who, has had a retuck of their pouch. Dr suggested I contact original surgeon to see about a "TUCK" to make pouch a little smaller, since I still want to loose another 30 or so lbs. before they do a tummy tuck. THANKS

Sounds like that would count as a revision.  I've also heard of RNYers getting a band placed around their pouch or stoma.  I have also heard of a stoma surgery where they reduce the size so you feel fuller longer.  I think there was a study going on somewhere in the Boston area where they did the stoma surgery on Thy patients who never reached their goal because their stomas streached. I would definately speak to Dr. Wynn about this if I were you.
