PMRI Meeting: Jan. 7th (Tomorrow, Monday at 7pm)

Yes, the PMRI meeting is tomorrow night at 7pm-8pm.  The topic is "Realistic New Year's Resolutions:  Goals you can live with!", hosted by John Uveges, PhD.  It's a new topic and new speaker.  Should be interesting.  Hope that everyone can make it.  Good way to start the new year.  Be part of the losing crowd, also it is a good opportunity to get to know Lynn and the rest of the PMRI staff.  They have a lot of plans for 2008, and you might want to join in so why not now???? For those that had surgery performed at Christiana Care there is no charge for these meetings.  For others, there is a $5 registration fee per person. Rolling into 2008... Rob

Deb take extra B Complex to combat that tired feeling.  Also how's your iron theee days?  You might need more of that too.
