**12/20 THIS THURSDAY..Great Beginnings South Lap Band Support Group Meeting

The December Support Group Meeting is this Thursday, 12/20, at 7PM at First State Surgery Center.   The 'regulars' from this group are having a holiday gathering at the Santa Fe Cafe the following week; if you are interested in meeting up with the group, please email or call me by Friday 12/21, or come to the meeting Thursday 12/20 for more information!!  It is not a closed party, but at least a tentative head count is needed by 12/21. I hope this message finds everyone doing well and not too terribly stressed out!   January will resume the LAST Thursday of the month meetings for Great Beginnings South!
