MEETING TONIGHT AT 7 pm

I wanted to remind everyone that we are having a support group meeting tonight at church: HEALTHY BEGINNINGS 7PM CONCORDIA LUTHERAN CHURCH 3004 SILVERSIDE ROAD WILMINGTON, DE Pull into parking lot and drive to the back of the building.  This meeting is open to those who are interested in weight loss surgery.  We welcome lap band and gastric bypass people along with any supporters / helpers.  Remember:  Knowledge is Power, especially when you are in the beginning of your journey.   The weather is only to be rain until after midnight, so we will not cancel.  If ever in doubt I will have a message on my cell phone.
