**Great Beginnings South Lap Band Support Group

Happy November!  Already!  Where is the time going?  I don't know!   An early post about Great Beginnings South Lap Band Support Group Meeting for November:   the meeting this month will be on                                       WEDNESDAY     NOVEMBER 28TH     7:00PM - 8:30PM This is a change from the  normal Thursday meeting.  I will be posting a reminder that week as well, but hopefully this will get to more people than my change last time (sorry so last minute) and will make it on your calendars if you are able to come.   It is still at First State Surgery Center. I hope everyone has a good  Thanksgiving.  I have so much to be thankful for, especially my new lease on life and all the wonderful people that I have met since I began this journey.  I feel I am truly blessed.
