Hello everyone Iamstilhere - MotherLove

It has been such a LONG LONG LONG time since I have been on this website.  I hope everyone is doing well.  I am doing good but can do BETTER.   I came back here to get support and the push that I need.  I know we didn't go through this for nothing.  I haven't gained a lot of weight but I can feel it coming back.  Since my surgery in 10/06 - I've had 2 more knee surgeries.  Not because I gained a few pounds - just because my knees are bad.  However, they are no where near as bad as they were before the surgery.  I need support - PLEASE HELP.  "Iamstillhere"  aka Mother Love
