WLS Friendly PCP Recommendations

I need a new PCP.  Mine is leaving private practice and going into emergency medicine over at the VA.    Can anybody recommend a PCP that is familiar with WLS and all that it entails?  Located in New Castle County if possible.

Hey Dineen, I go to Susan Kirchdoerffer and she is great.  She has had a few WLS patients and knows about the surgery.  Her number is 475-9844.  This is also where Amy works.

Thanks.  Not sure if I could go to her though.  I think I might feel weird having a nurse whose diapers I used to change.    Damn I'm getting old!!!!!

From what I heard she is supposed to be moving to Ohio, don't know if it is true or not but that is what she told our landlord as she was moving out.  She sent him a letter stating the same thing, so I wouldn't let that bother you.  She is back with Kenny and moving there with him to be close to his family.  Not sure how true since we don't talk anymore, and I don't think your mom knows about this either. 

OMG YOU HAVE GOT TO BE KIDDING ME!!!!!! Typical MO for an abuser.  Get them away from their family and friends and support system, then you have full control and they have nowhere to go.

I have Dr. Judith Wollman, and I am one of I think 4 of her patients who have had WLS (although I'm the only DS).  She was wonderfully supportive, and remains so.  I highly recommend her - she's in the Concord Plaza Medical Center.  PM me if you want more details, or you can check the phone book.
