1 year anniversary

Well today is 1 year since I had my Lap band surgery done by Dr Irgau...I am down 95 pounds (though I was hoping for a mini goal of 100 pounds lost in a year, I can not complain)..my A1C blood work is 6.5 (year ago 9.5), total cholestriol 121 and blood pressure 102 / 70..Down 12 inches in my waist and I feel GREAT...Thanks Dr Irgau...See you guys lighter..Dave T
