ghrelin - interesting info
Hi All,
When a group of us first heard about the hormones ghrelin and leptin, we were astonished. More like a drop of the jaw (for me anyway). This is some interesting info I saw today. I'm copying the link to the whole article below as well. I know I don't get near enough sleep.. prolly 5-6 hrs.. I'm sure my ghrelin is all wacked out! Hope you find this as interesting as I did.
