Hi Linda, Joe isn't on any of the boards much these days.  I will tell him you are looking for him though.  I talk to him just about everyday.  I loved your posts last week, they were awesome.  I was frozen at 190, I couldn't get it below that for anything, then all of the sudden I lost almost 5lbs since last Thursday.  I am so excited.
