Picnic ????

Hi all, Does anyone know if there is going to be a picnic this year ?  I would like to do one at Killens Pond in Felton Delaware. Is anyone interested in doing this. We could get a pravillion reserved. It cost  to get into the park since it is a state park. They have a water park that is real reasonable. $1 for kids and $2 for adults.  Please let me know your thoughs on this asap . I will start checking into details this week but I don't want to step on anybodies toes if you guys are planning one North. Remember we are all in this journey together !!! See all lighter. Joanne

Deanna was talking about putting together a picnic back in May but she's disappeared from the boards.  I made some venue suggestions to her then and I believe one of them may have been Killens (I was just there on Saturday, it was packed, they had to close the gates before 3 because they were at capacity).  I would love to do Killens.  Hubby and I would camp there for the weekend.

Deana, Thanks for the reply. I will be checking into it on Monday for I am taking my grandkids there and can check directly with the office for a date. I think a Saturday would be best due to traffic on Sundays. Maybe the Middle of September when it is not so hot. What are your ideals!!! BE HONEST !!! See you lighter. Joanne
