Bella's Bootcamp - Day 2

Good morning fellow losers,

Off to a good start so far. I stuck to the plan like glue yesterday. I weighed in this morning and was down 3.5 pounds. Fluid for sure, but what a relief not having that bloated feeling. 6.5 more pounds and I start into virgin pound loss territory. ( Tammy if you're reading, the virgin pound thing cracks me up ) So far today 32 ounces of fluids. Aiming for minimum of 64. No problems tho, it's hot out! I got in 30 minutes of cardio. Used Turbo jam Booty and Ab Sculpt today. Can you say sweat? I may add something else in later if I have time. I am really feeling the energy surge big time. Today's Plan :

Breakfast: 1 whole egg 2 egg whites Snack: Bella's Chocolate raspberry Coffee Delight: 8 ounces Calorie Countdown Milk ( 2 %, they were out of skim ) 4 ounces cold leftover coffee 1/3 Cup Chocolate Designer Whey Protein Powder 2 tsp. DaVinci Sugar Free Raspberry Syrup Ice cubes. Lunch: Chicken Salad Wrap 4 ounces bonless, skinless chicken Chopped celery and onion 1/4 of a roma tomato 1 small slice green pepper chopped 1 Tbsp Miracle Whip 2 lettuce leaves Dinner:  4 ounces chicken 1/4 roma tomato chopped Handful baby spinach 1/3 cup shredded taco cheese 2 Tbsp salsa Snacks 1 low fat string cheese 1 4 ounce Activia Light Yogurt

 

This gives me totals of:

955 Calories 31 carbs 30 grams fat 123 grams protein Higher on the carbs than yesterday, but that's the yogurt. Want to make sure I keep the old plumbing moving along and the Activia helps, especially when I throw in some flax!
