Hi there kids, Thanks to some much needed inspiration from Tammy and Rob, I have decided I need to get a real kick start. Today begins Bella's Bootcamp. No excuses, no whining, just some hard core get off my assedness and try!  Assedness, good word huh I spent some planning time this morning. Getting my plan of action ready. I had forgotten how far just a little advance planning will take you. I found some boneless, skinless chicken breast in the freezer. I cooked it up with a little lemon pepper and divided it into 4 oz bags ready to go. I made some chicken meatballs ( thanks Tammy for that idea ) I used a little parmesean instead of bread crumbs for a binder, some italian seasoning and some garlic. Shaped them into 1 1/2 ounce balls and baked them in the oven. Once cooled, divided them into bags with a few Tbsp. of sugar free marinara. Once again, meal ready to go. I have a few cut up veggies in the fridge. I am focusing on fairly low carb, lower fat, high protein...oh yeah, the rules! LOL Getting all my liquids. So far today I'm up to about  64 ounces and it's only 2 PM.  I got in 30 minutes of cardio. I will probably keep the menu's very simple for the next few weeks. make it a lot easier on myself. I plan on hopping on the scale in the morning and will post results. I have a real problem with fluid retention so I'm hoping to aleviate some of that. Here's today's menu:

Breakfast: 2 egg whites 2 ounces deli ham Snack: Bella's Chocolate raspberry Coffee Delight: 8 ounces Calorie Countdown Milk ( 2 %, they were out of skim ) 4 ounces cold leftover coffee 1/3 Cup Chocolate Designer Whey Protein Powder 2 tsp. DaVinci Sugar Free Raspberry Syrup Ice cubes. Dump it all in a shaker and boom, you're done! The Designer Whey mixes easily without a blender. Lunch: 4 ounces boiled shrimp...cleaned out the freezer. 1 cup loosly packed baby spinach 1/4 of a roma tomato 1 small slice green pepper chopped Salad Spritzers Balsamic Breeze Dinner: Bella's Bariatric Chicken Meatballs ( 3 ) 3 Tbsp no sugar added marinara Small salad Snack: 1 low fat string cheese

This gives me totals of:

819 calories...really a bit on the low side 16  grams carbs 30  grams fat 115 grams protein Not even one full day back on program and I can't tell you the energy I have!
