Questions for Doctor

The other day I was on here and found a list of questions to ask a surgeon about the Lap Band procedure. I guess I should of printed it because now I cannot not find it anywhere. Does anyone know what I am talking about? It was not under a message board but it was on the site and one of the members wrote it. There were some questions I wouldn't of even thought to ask. Next week I am going to the seminar in Newark and I need to prepare myself!!  Abby
