Do they have a Delaware address. I am from here and have never heard of them. Some companies incorporate here because of the banking structure and laws. They aren't always located here.  Good for you for inquiring. With a little more info maybe we could help. Delaware isn't that big. Elissa

Hi, Delaware is the home of corporations. Most just have a mail drop presence. Something like 95% of all Fortune 500 comapnies are incorporated here. Do a google on them and if that doesn't work try Hoovers financial and Dunn & Bradstreet. If you do find an address we can help more.

from their name and web site, it looks like they do currency exchange (FX stands for Foreign Exchange). I know nothing about them personally, and had never heard of them before. This is the kind of company that you do business with when you're an experienced investor and trader.

As someone else said, most of the Fortune 500 (and beyond) is incorporated in Delaware, because our Chancery Court and tax structure are favorable to businesses. That doesn't mean they're really based here, though. In looking at their web site, Apex FX Trading seems to have operations in the US and in Jordan. (http://www.apexfxtrading.com).

It says you need to start your account with $2000 in order to trade with them.

My advice - unless you're an experienced investor and trader, I'd beware.

Beth
