I have lost almost 80 lb and had my lap rny on 11/20/06...also going in as a lightweight compared to some I only have 20-30 more to lose and be at my goal weight.  I also would like a tummy tuck in a year or so.

I had laproscopic, RNY WLS on January 26, 2004. Dr's Irgau and Wynn are my surgeons. I have lost 190 lbs.  I exercise 4-6 days a week.  I am off BP, cholesterol & IB meds. I still have sleep apnea, but it is less than half of what it was. I was in 5X's and I can fit in size 12 pants.  I am a co-leader of  a support group "Healthy Beginnings".  Better than what I  lost is what I have gained.   My health.  Keep being a sponge and get all the info you can. Read the profiles here on OB Help. You'll find a lot of similar stories. Come to a support group near you and chat with the folks. This is a very scary place to be. Research is the best way to educate yourself and make the best decision for you.  Good Luck. Elissa
