I am back....
Vacation is nice but I do find routine is better....I have started another two classes towards degree.....One class is Thursday and other is Saturday. So I have to find other ways to get support groups in for the summer. I see changes I have to make with life....I am trying not to kick myself for not staying on track but its really hard not to when you do it so well. Oldtimers...any of you doing time outs on your eating habits? I know I have to.....

Hey Deb, Welcome back. Good luck with summer school. I always loved going to school. Cept I don't know what I want to be when I grow up. I took off 2 weeks from my regime, long story, but I had to get back on track. Boy the weight goes on a heck of a lot faster than it comes off. SOOOO it's back to the basics for me. I can't relax on my eating/exercise program for more than a week or I suffer for it big time. Trying to maintain. ((HUGS)) Elissa
