YEAH !!!!
It actually took me more than 10 seconds to look at this website tonight and read everything. Get off your duffs Delaware and start typing. Typing surely must be considered exercise
Have a great evening and I hope we some new faces at the support meeting tomorrow and of course we always want to see and catch up with our special friends that come regularlly.
Ellen
Hi Ellen, I don't think I will be at the support group meeting tomorrow night. I am in the middle of moving and have to pack up my house. If I miss tomorrow night that will put me behind another day. I will see how much I get packed tonight, if I put a huge dent in my kitchen you might see me there. I missed you at this past Monday's meeting at PMRI.
Take care and talk to you soon.

We missed you last night at Partner in Change. It was a small group this month. Where are you moving to? I hope it isn't too far away. Take care and think of all the exercise you are getting while you are packing. Don't forget to stop and take a few minutes for yourself.
Take care and good luck. I HATE MOVING!!!!!
Ellen
I completely forgot about that meeting, I put it in my calender for next Tuesday. I am moving from Richardson Park to Elsmere, not far at all. I hate packing and I hate moving, but I am excited about the new house. It should be fun....lol. I am looking for a few strong men to help me, so if you know anyone let me know.

You guys are too funny....10 seconds. I guess I do remember hanging out for a few minutes. I think when we get busy now we get busy.....I know the exercise I had when I was 425 was probably surfing the web. Now I have branched out. Branching out does cause problems because you have to balance a few things and when you aren't use to doing that it makes for difficulties. But with practice I am sure I will get it right. I hope to be there tonight. I was walking in the park last night across the street plan on doing it again tomorrow. I want to do it before meeting but Tim thinks it would be better afterwards. I have to get back in the groove and do more than cracking a book. I hope June's course work will be easier.
Hugs and Fleece Blankets

Everyone needs a sheperd....And you Ellen are a good one! Glad you are here nudging us along. So newbies...get off your duff and come spend an hour at a support meeting....although some of the conversation can sound like you heard it before...its what we need to be successful....reinforcement is very important!

The Healthy Beginnings support group tonite is about reading and interpreting labels. If you have a favorite snack with a label, feel free to bring it and share. Of course if there are any other favorite topics we always find time to discuss them as well. I encourage the new folks to attend. Seems like us oldies love to share. Plus it does help keep us focused and positive. Bonsall park is across the street from the church with an awesome walking path. Just gotta dodge all the baseball crowds. ((HUGS)) Elissa
